Access Living poet in residence Pennie Brinson performs an evening of original songs and poetry, accompanied by a troupe of 10 poets, and by special guest Momma Kemba, known for her shows that recount the historic lives of Black women such as Harriet Tubman and Sojourner Truth. This event is the culmination of Pennie’s work as Poet in Residence.
