Dan Mallon, a CTA train rider was given a train delay notice this morning at the Division street blue line stop. He thinks this was a thoughtful gesture on CTA’s part. The slip shows an estimated two hour and fifty-five minute delay. Mallon says he’ll be presenting this slip to his boss.
