Remembering A Video That Shook Chicago

The infamous video showing a Chicago police officer shooting 17-year-old Laquan McDonald came out a year ago this week, sparking public outrage and putting pressure on Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s administration to hold officers more accountable.

WBEZ spoke with an activist, a pastor and a journalist about their memories of the video and how it changed the city and themselves.
