Now in its 9th year, this annual kick-off event explores our upcoming plays and their relation to one another and to this season’s theme: The Marriage Game: Truth and Consequence? This program includes a lively and occasionally irreverent panel discussion and Q & A. The panelists include: salon moderator Alison Cuddy, WBEZ arts and culture reporter; Michael LaBarbera, a professor in the Department of Organismal Biology and Anatomy at the University of Chicago; Elaine Hadley, a professor of English literature and language and gender studies at the University of Chicago; Chad Eric Bergman, active collaborator in the Chicago Storefront scene; and Nick Sandys, artistic director at Remy Bumppo Theatre Company.
