A new report from Congressman Danny Davis shows African-American males are more likely to be unemployed and undereducated than other groups in Chicago. Additionally, nearly 60 percent of those released from the Illinois Department of Corrections in 2016 were black males. Davis has convened a group of community leaders to come up with solutions.
