Report Finds High Rate Of Filicide In US

At least one person with a disability is murdered by a caregiver or parent each week in the United States, according to a new report from the Ruderman Family Foundation, an advocacy group for people with disabilities.

Chicago-based advocate David Perry was the lead author on the report and joined WBEZ to talk about the report.
