"Running Scared" from O'Hare to downtown

I know: Another movie when I just did "Cooley High" last week. Please bear with me; I was digging the work of the great singer/dancer/actor Gregory Hines a few days ago when I ran across "Running Scared", a 1986 made-in-Chicago cop caper with Hines and Billy Crystal as a pair wisecracking detectives on the heels of a drug dealer. Watching the clip now leaves with with two impressions: (a) I wish this movie had multiple sequels as did 1987's "Lethal Weapon", and (b) although not the preferred way, even this gets you from O'Hare to downtown faster than the Blue Line.
