Scott Lucas is mostly known as the front man of Chicago’s legendary rock band Local H. But a few years ago he began a solo project - Scott Lucas and The Married Men. This band has released a full-length and an EP, both of which have been well received.

A few days before Local H’s New Year’s show at The Bottom Lounge, Scott joined MusicVox host Jesse Menendez to talk about his two bands, how they affect each other, how his fans received his solo project that sounds nothing like Local H, as well as some never-before-heard revelations about Scott’s motives behind California Songs.
