Chicago’s own Shedd Aquarium may become a temporary home for marine life affected by the BP oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. The Shedd is part of a network of zoos and aquariums standing on call to rescue injured wildlife. Ken Ramirez is the vice president of animal collections and training at the aquarium, and he tells us more.
