Recently, Kerry King and Dave Lombardo, of legendary thrash metal band, Slayer, took some time out of their busy tour schedule to drop by the Jim and Kay Mabie performance studio for a chat with  Sound Opinions.  In part one, they respond to the rumors that bassist and singer, Tom Araya, is getting ready to call it quits. Do metal bands have a shelf-life?  Would Slayer be a welcome sight on stages around the world well into their 60s?
