Some Chicago hairstylists are working to make their services more welcoming for LGBT clients. At least two salons in the Logan Square neighborhood do not charge for men’s and women’s haircuts, but instead base haircut cost on hair length. One salon, called Barbara and Barbara, is hosting a class next month to train local stylists on how to help LGBT clients feel more comfortable.
