The tallest building will never reach the skies quite like the space shuttles did. For 30 years the U.S. space shuttle program launched Americans into orbit. When Atlantis touched down Thursday, it punctuated a great chapter of space exploration.The shuttles kept many looking up at the sky but now, it’s time to look to the future – or so says the Adler Planetarium’s Michelle Nichols-Yehling.
