Syrian Family Weighs Options After Executive Order

 A Syrian family that had planned to settle in Chicago this week is now wading through some difficult choices. The family of three is stuck in Turkey because of President Donald Trump’s executive order temporarily banning refugees. Canada’s Prime Minister announced the country would accept refugees that the U.S. rejects. But the Syrian family would need to cancel their entire resettlement request for the U.S. if they want to be eligible to apply for Canada.
