Steve Edwards: This has been a huge week for food trucks as the mayor has come out with a proposal allowing trucks to cook on premises. Are we ready to be a full-on food truck city? 

Monica Eng: Politicians and health advocates want more oversight on food stamp spending. Does the system need to be reformed? 

Luisa Chu: Writer and film director Nora Ephron died yesterday. Amongst many Oscar-nominated films, she directed “Julie and Julia,” whose protagonist is famous chef Julia Child.
