Today, an amazing discovery was made right here at WBEZ. One of the newer faces at the station informed us that she used to do a little bit of acting before moving to Chicago. Turns out, this “little bit of acting” was on what was arguably one of the most influential shows in a generation: Saved by The Bell. That’s right, our very own Development Associate Eva Loseth stole AC Slater’s heart in the two Palm Springs Weekend episodes of the show in 1991. She followed that up with appearances on In Living Color and Star Trek as a Klingon, among other credits. Needless to say, the blog team is star-struck, but rest assured, there will be much, much more on this development in the days and weeks to come.‚ ‚  I couldn’t find a you-tube clip, but don’t worry, the SBTB episodes will be on TV next Thursday.
