The late, great Steve Jobs would have been 57 years old this Thursday Feb. 24.

So in honor of the Apple founder’s birthday I have this ode to the entrepreneur.

Whereas most of us are focused on the present, entrepreneurs are focused on the unknown, the unimagined. They create ideas and visions outside the limits of the moment, and see things as they’re going to be, not just as they are or have been.
