Jordanian winemaker Omar Zumot believes his wine enhances just about anything. Zumot is the founder of Jordan’s first commercial winery. Although his farm is relatively new, he’s already won international awards for his wines. But that’s not his only success. He’s also providing scarce jobs for the men and women in this rural area.
