Peter R. Orszag is vice chairman of corporate and investment banking at Citigroup, Inc. He is also a contributing columnist at Bloomberg View, a distinguished scholar at the NYU School of Law, and an adjunct senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Orszag previously served as the director of the Office of Management and Budget in the Obama administration, and as director of the Congressional Budget Office.
