Chicago cabbies are expected at city hall Tuesday to argue for their first fare increase in seven years, but they may have to wait a bit longer.

Robert Grant, who oversaw the investigation into former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, is retiring from his job as the top FBI official in Chicago at the end of the summer.

After weeks of hinting that he might call a special legislative session to tackle state pension reform, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn finally made good on his threat on Monday
