Lester Munson/Sports: The Chicago Bears made a big move in acquiring of Pro Bowler Brandon Marshall--the star represents a serious shift in the team's offense and commitment to character. Less than 24 hours after the trade for Marshall was made, news surfaced that there had been a recent incident at a nightclub wherein Marshall hit a woman. ESPN senior writer Lester Munson and longtime sports marketing guru Nova Lanktree discuss the role of character in professional sports.
