Metra Suicides- When a Lake Forest High School student was struck and killed by a Metra train last weekend, it was the third student from the north-suburban school to be killed by a Metra train since January.  The first death was ruled a suicide, and the same conclusion is suspected for the others. We examine the impact of teen suicides on a close-knit community like Lake Forest’s with Ginny Neuckranz, who co-founded Erika’s Lighthouse with the support of her North Shore community after her daughter’s suicide. Also joining the conversation, Dr. Terrence Koller, Executive Director/Legislative Liaison, Illinois Psychological Association.

The 3 @ 3 review panel- Vocalo.org’s morning hosts Molly Adams and Brian Babylon join us for a lively conversation about the explosion of interest in high-end doughnuts, the new face of the “Free Tibet” movement and other top stories.

The Eddie Olczyk Award was established to support young hockey players and teams in Illinois who may not have the means to play at a competitive level. But all youth sports are expensive these days. ESPN.com senior writer Lester Munson and Mark Hyman, author of “The Most Expensive Game in Town: The Rising Cost of Youth Sports and the Toll on Today’s Families,” join us to discuss the rising costs of youth sports.

Mexican Museum of Art- The National Museum of Mexican Art celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2012-the actual day was Tuesday, March 27. We talk with Museum founder and president Carlos Tortolero about how the museum came to be.
