On Tuesday’s Afternoon Shift we talk about two hometown heroes born and bred in Chicago. First we devote an hour to dissecting Derrick Rose’s significance and what his injury will mean to the rest of the Bulls as they continue their playoff run. Then to close out the show we chat in depth with chef Paul Kahan- the mastermind behind restaurants from Blackbird to Big Star. He’s up for the culinary equivalent to an NBA title: the James Beard Outstanding Chef award.
