We at WBEZ seek to make a positive impact in Chicago with both news and stories. Now with the support of Chicago Cares, the city’s leading service organization, we’ll launch our third edition of the Days of Service featuring service projects with a range of non-profits across the region. Scheduled service projects run from Friday, July 31, to Saturday, August 1, and can be signed up for below.

We will also be hosting a Moth storytelling event on Sunday, August 2nd at Haymarket Pub & Brewery (737 W. Randolph) after all the projects are finished. All volunteers will get in free.

In order for all of this to work, we need YOU.Please look over each of our ten community projects and sign up for the one that works best for you.
