One of the most recent additions to our staff at Chicago Public Media is Jenny Choi, our Director of Foundation and Government Relations. We knew she was good at getting grants, but we just found out she’s also practically a professional food critic. After her initial appearance on Check, Please! in 2008 (when she picked Wicker Park’s Milk and Honey), she was anointed an “All Star” and invited back for this past week’s show. This time Choi chose LM, the contemporary French bistro in Lincoln Square.
