On Wednesday’s Afternoon Shift we talk about the idea of “losing sleep” and whether or not we really need 8 hours a night. The theme continues when we talk with Ari Picker, the frontman of Lost In The Trees, an orchestral rock group currently in town. Gabriel Spitzer joins us to talk about losing our native understanding of nature. And director Andy Davis talks about his lost classic Stony Island, which is finally being released on DVD- 34 years after its initial release.
