When it comes to the sitar, perhaps no one is more renowned and accomplished than Ravi Shankar. Pandit began studying the sitar when he was 18 and has since composed hundreds of ragas.

This week on Radio M host Tony Sarabia welcomes Chicagoan Brian Keigher to help celebrate the 90th birthday of Ravi Shankar. Keigher is a percussionist who has deep knowledge of Indian music and is friends with the Shankar family. He brings some of his favorite Shankar tunes including a few rare gems.
