Between 2001 and 2007 Gallup embarked on an ambitious project to poll the world’s 1.3 billion Muslims. From Malaysia to Mauritania, the Gallup World Poll conducted tens of thousands of interviews with Muslims on issues ranging from democracy to women’s rights.
