Today we focus on Iran. In his book, “Letters to My Torturer: Love, Revolution and Imprisonment in Iran,” journalist Houshang Asadi reflects on the six years he spent in prison after being arrested in 1981 during the aftermath of the Islamic revolution. He shares his recollections of torture and imprisonment.   Also, DePaul University’s Kaveh Eshani gives us a primer on the Iranian judicial system.  And Worldview film contributor Milos Stehlik takes a look at the current state of Iranian film.
