Artist and former Chicagoan Wafaa Bilal is known for boundary-pushing works. His latest experiment, “3rdi” (Third Eye), is another shocker. To create it, Bilal implanted a camera in the back of his head which generates a new image every minute that’s sent to a website as well as the new Arab Museum of Modern Art in Qatar. He tells Jerome what “3rdi” is all about.
