Shyam Benegal is one of India’s most prolific filmmakers. He’s known for his important role in the new wave of Indian cinema and for creating films that are sensitive to the role of women in Indian society. Benegal discusses the state of India’s film industry with Worldview film contributor Milos Stehlik. Also, Worldview talks with Gene Baur, president and co-founder of Farm Sanctuary, a farm animal protection organization.
