Peru’s conservative presidential candidate Keiko Fujimori will face off against Ollanta Humala, a military nationalist, in the upcoming run-off election on June 5th.  Fujimori has hired former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani to advise her campaign in the hopes of beefing up her public safety credentials.   We’ll discuss Fujimori’s chances for victory with Alberto Vergara, a doctoral candidate in Latin American politics at the University of Montreal.  And, with India’s growing economy and increasing global influence comes more scrutiny. Meenakshi Ganguly, South Asia director for Human Rights Watch, tells us about India’s human rights record.
