Monday on Worldview:

When you hear the term “offshore tax haven” you probably think of a bank somewhere on a Caribbean island. But today’s offshore is much more than that. Oil sheiks from Dubai, African dictators and Silicon Valley tycoons all take advantage of offshore banking - storing their money virtually tax free. We’ll take a look at the ins and outs of offshore banking with James Henry, former chief economist at McKinsey & Co., board member of the Tax Justice Network, and author of the report, The Price of Offshore Revisited. Also joining Worldview is Jeffrey Winters, a professor of political sceince at Northwestern and author of Oligarchy.
