As April winds to an end, so does National Poetry month.  To mark the month, WBEZ is sharing the stories of young Chicago poets. All of them are participants in Louder Than A Bomb, an annual youth poetry festival. WBEZ contributor and Louder Than A Bomb founder Kevin Coval introduces today’s poet: Nina Coomes.

Click here to hear the entire 2010 collection of Louder Than A Bomb Finalists, produced by Chicago Public Radio.  This special series of Poet Profiles was produced by Nick White and Kevin Coval.
