Aldermen Approve $31M Police Misconduct Settlement To 'Englewood Four'

Chicago aldermen approved a $31 million police misconduct settlement Wednesday after a heated debate on the council floor. The money goes to the “Englewood Four,” who sued the city because they say they were coerced into confessing to crimes they didn’t commit.
