Police say Angel Gomez, 18, mistook two undercover police officers for rival gang members in the Back of the Yards neighborhood and tailed them in his minivan. They say his accomplice opened fire on two officers with a semi-automatic rifle. WBEZ’s Benjamin Payne reports.
