City of Chicago officials want to make a number of roadway changes in Jackson Park, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The proposed changes are in relation to the building of the Obama Presidential Center. But first, the Federal Highway Administration is conducting an environmental review to study things like traffic and air quality.
