A resource center for people who have fled hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico is now open at the Humboldt Park Fieldhouse. The resource center is helping evacuees sign up for health insurance, food stamps, and is distributing warm clothes and food. It will be open Mondays and Tuesdays for the month of November.
