A federal judge today on Tuesday ordered the identities of six immigration agents be revealed in a case where a Chicago man claims he was violently arrested. Wilmer Catalan-Ramirez claims that when immigration agents arrested him in late March, they fractured his shoulder and slammed his head on the ground so hard that he started to lose vision in his left eye.
