The new top federal prosecutor in Chicago is promising to focus on the stream of illegal guns coming into the city. John Lausch is a Chicago native who interned with the U.S. attorney in the city, and then worked as an assistant U.S. attorney for 11 years. He says a lot of his experience is centered around violent crime, and gun trafficking is one of his priorities.
