A new report expected for release on Tuesday describes discrimination low-income families face from private landlords when they try to use a subsidized housing voucher. The report indicates that people with disabilities also face discrimination because they have fewer housing options. The report was created by a team of University of Chicago researchers in conjunction with the Chicago Area Fair Housing Alliance.
