A New York Times story about sexual harassment at two Ford Plants in the Chicago area finds that years after lawsuits and company efforts to handle sexual misconduct, workers — particularly women — are still subject to an atmosphere of menace, harassment and retaliation. The harassment dates back as far as the 70s, when women began working there in larger numbers.
