Chicago Ald. Willie Cochran collapsed during a city budget hearing this morning. Other members of the city council say he left on a stretcher but was conscious. Cochran is currently under observation at Northwestern Medical Center and reportedly doing well. The 20th Ward alderman is currently facing federal bribery charges.
