A suburban Chicago restaurant that’s known for hiring ex-felons is closing. Deno Andrews, owner of Felony Franks in Oak Park, announced this week he’ll close the restaurant, in part, because of the high cost of doing business. He said in a Facebook post yesterday that after nearly three years, the “cost of doing business has increased faster than our ability to bring in new business.”
