Teachers at Chicago’s largest charter school network went to the board of director’s meeting on Monday to again ask that their unionization efforts aren’t thwarted. They say a union is needed to give teachers a seat at the table in combating what they deem Noble Street Charter School’s overly strict code of conduct. But the founder and head of Noble said that the code has been altered based on complaints, and that he isn’t intervening in unionization efforts.
