On today’s show:

Earth Day is this Sunday! That means it’s time once again for the annual Worldview Earth Day quiz. We hear from past Worldview interviews with special audio questions. We also look at Illinois’ place in the coal economy and tree planting trends. To help Worldview host Jerome McDonnell administer the quiz, we’re joined by Kim Wasserman, Little Village Environmental Justice Organization executive director, and Howard Learner, president and executive director of the Environmental Law & Policy Center. Wasserman won the 2013 Goldman Environmental Prize for her role in the 10-year campaign to close the Fisk and Crawford coal plants in Chicago, and Learner served as an adviser to President Obama’s 2008 campaign.
