Midterm elections tend to be focused on domestic issues, but there were a host of international concerns this time around- everything from Ebola to U.S. efforts to counter ISIS. Many analysts say that now that the Republicans have taken control of the Senate, President Obama will shift even more attention to foreign policy. We’ll take a look at how the results of the midterm elections could impact U.S. foreign policy with James Lindsay, director of studies at the Council on Foreign Relations.
