Academy Award winning cinematographer’s new film documents social unrest in America
Filmmaker and award winning cinematographer Haskell Wexler’s most recent film, Medium Cool Revisited documents the protests that took place during the 2012 NATO summit in Chicago and compares them to the protests that took place at the 1968 Democratic National Convention. The film screens this week, alongside his film Medium Cool, a story about a reporter who becomes embroiled in violence at the 1968 convention. Film contributor Milos Stehlik and Haskell Wexler join us to discuss the film.
