Brazil Votes To Impeach President Dilma Rouseff

On Sunday, Brazil’s Lower House voted to impeach President Dilma Rouseff, who is accused of manipulating government accounts. Rousseff has denied the charges and has accused her political opponents of plotting a coup to oust her from government.
