Busting 'Brexit' Myths
On June 23rd, the UK will hold a referendum to decide whether or not to stay in the European Union, and as voters make up their minds, it turns out there are a lot of misperceptions out there about the EU, its regulations and how they impact the U.K.
For example, nearly a quarter of Brits believe that the E.U. bans bananas that are “too bendy” from being imported into the U.K., even though the EU does not regulate the shape of bananas.
Federica Cocco, a journalist with the Financial Times, joins us to bust some of the popular myths and explain how they might impact the "Brexit" vote.
