Today, China officially ended one of its iconic policies. The government announced it would no longer restrict families to a single child. Chinese families will now be allowed to have a second child. We’ll talk about some of the background of the one child policy and possible motivations for the Chinese decision with Sophie Richardson, Human Rights Watch’s China Director.
